Intellectual property
All content on the ÖBois Charlevoix website, including texts, images, graphics and logos, belongs to ÖBois Charlevoix or its partners. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
Reservations
Reservations can be made online via our website or by phone. Full payment is required to secure the reservation.
Terms of payment
Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellation and refund

Full refund: To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before arrival.

Partial refund: If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund for all nights.

No refunds: If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, no refunds will be given, and you will be charged for all nights.
Chalet occupancy
Chalets are intended for the exclusive use of ÖBois Charlevoix clients and the number of persons authorized per chalet. Exceeding this number may result in additional charges.
Access to the cottages
Clients have access to the cottages from 4pm on the day of arrival and must leave before 11am on the day of departure. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
Noise and nuisance
Clients must respect the tranquility of the premises and avoid any excessive noise or nuisance to other clients and neighbors.
Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the cottages or their contents during their stay.
Animals
Pets are allowed in the cottages of ÖBois Charlevoix. Additional fees are 50$/pet per stay.
Prohibitions
It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalets of ÖBois Charlevoix. It is also forbidden to use cooking appliances other than those provided.
Parking
Parking is permitted only in the designated areas (central area of the site). Clients must respect the parking rules and not block other vehicles.
Cleaning
ÖBois Charlevoix cottages are cleaned before the arrival of the clients and after their departure. Clients must leave the cottage in the same state of cleanliness as when they arrived.
Forgotten objects
ÖBois Charlevoix is not responsible for objects forgotten in the chalets. Clients can contact ÖBois Charlevoix to verify if the object has been found.
Damage to the premises
Any damage to the premises will be charged to the client responsible.
Complaints
All complaints must be addressed to ÖBois Charlevoix within 24 hours of arrival or departure.
Limitation of responsibility
ÖBois Charlevoix cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, accessory, special or consecutive damage resulting from the use of the cottages or the impossibility of using them.
